Kat left about 5 or so to spend the evening and tomorrow in Richmond to attend her orientation. This is her first trip on her own to Richmond. I hope she has a blast and meets all kinds of people. Anyways, I just thought I'd post it because I'm so happy to see her going out on her own. I just hope she dosen't get too used to it.

No, no Salma. I updated the template. I got bored with the old look and I thought I'd do some massive html experimentation. So over the next few days if you see a lot of randomness, just know that I'm hard at work getting my blog looking as sexy as possible. I have a lot of room on the sidebars now to load a lot of content, links, ads, all the stuff a good blog should have. So what do you think?

Wow, where have I been? I have neglected my minions. I just wanted to post a quick summary of events over the past few days. Normally I'm around and on the computer enough to post at least an article or something, but Friday evening, we all went to the China Buffet or as Megan calls it City Wok (South Park reference). That was the most fun I've ever had at a Chinese resturant. We were all making rude loud noises and spewing pudding and taking cameraphone pictures of it all. That was a very good time. Saturday I spent the day in Roanoke with Allen, Jessi, and Kat. I had a blast. I wish I had money to spend. I just walked out with an old Mudvayne DVD which I had been wanting to see for a while. We then watched The Sounds of the Underground DVD. So we had our metal fix for the evening. Sunday morning all of us went to eat at the Cracker Barrel. It was another episode of City Wok. So I get up this morning to tweak my template a little and see that I've gone over 1500 views of my site. I'm tickled to see people checking it out! I'm humbled more than anything. I hope everyone enjoys the content and continues to check me out. I haven't posted much of the in's and out's of my life lately, but I'll try to post somewhat of a recap. Yesterday we went to visit the inlaws at the campground. They were holding some kind of a hippy VW Busfest because there were a hundred of them there complete with fat, aging baby boomers..I mean hippies. It was really cool, though. Sometimes I wish I could have been alive then. I know I would have had my own mystery mobile, long hair, and lots of...grass. Jessi is spending the week in North Carolina with her family. Apple Computer plans to announce Monday that it's scrapping its partnership with IBM and switching its computers to Intel's microprocessors, CNET News.com has learned. Apple has used IBM's PowerPC processors since 1994, but will begin a phased transition to Intel's chips, sources familiar with the situation said. -I think this is a brilliant move.
